Description

A pair of cottages dating from the 17th century, with a 19th-century addition. The cottages are timber-framed with plaster infill; the roof is thatched with one hipped end and a brick end stack. A brick addition is located at the left end. The cottages are gable-fronted, facing to the left. The main entrance is in a 20th-century porch with a plank door set within a timber frame. The windows are 2-light 20th-century casements, with one in a raking dormer. A stack is located at the left end.

The brick cottage attached to the left has an old tile roof and a brick right-end stack. It is single storey and has an attic. It includes a 20th-century entrance and windows, including a gabled dormer. The rear elevation features some exposed wall studs and 20th-century casement windows. The brick cottage on the rear has a gabled dormer and two skylights.

The right return has two gables, each with a hipped, first-floor 20th-century oriel window. The interior was not inspected.
