It is constructed of yellow stock brick and features hipped parallel range roofs, with plain tiles on the front and slate on the rear, partly hidden by a stone-coped parapet. The building is two storeys high and has three bays, with glazing bar sash windows beneath gauged brick heads on the first floor. There is an angle bay window with a slate roof on the ground floor to the left. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed door beneath an arched gauged brick head, accompanied by a fanlight.
