Description

Swan Farmhouse is an 18th-century house situated on School Lane, Molehill Green. It is a timber-framed building with plastered walls and a red plain tile roof. The house has two storeys and a three-window front, featuring casement windows. A lean-to extension is present at the rear. The original design included end chimney stacks, although a modern porch has been added.
