Description

Yew Tree Cottage is a cottage from the 18th century or earlier, located on Takeley School Lane in Molehill Green. It is constructed with a timber frame and plastered exterior, topped with a hipped thatched roof. The cottage has one storey and attics, featuring a range of four windows with late 19th-century casements. There is one eyebrow dormer, and lean-to extensions are present at both the east and west ends. The exterior is pargetted in combed panels, some of which are original.
