Description

This is an early 18th-century house, later used as a shop. It has been altered in the 19th and 20th centuries. The exterior is colourwashed render, with hipped roofs and a ridge stack on the right side. The house has two storeys and an attic, with two flat-roofed dormers in the outer bays. There are three bays with three glazing bar sash windows; the first-floor windows are in 20th-century architrave surrounds. Two 20th-century bow windows are on the ground floor, supported by brackets. The central panelled door has a transome light and is sheltered by a heavy portico featuring two Ionic columns and pilasters supporting a flat hood.
