Description

No 12 Park Street is a house dating from the 18th century, and possibly earlier. It is constructed of coursed squared rubble with timber lintels and features a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, arranged in a two-window range. The front door, which has been restored, consists of two flush panels and four raised and fielded panels, with a 16-pane sash window to the right. The other windows also have glazing bars, and there are traces of a former lower wooden lintel. A 19th-century dormer features rendered sides and a large-paned sash window with horns set within a moulded wooden architrave. The house has two gable-end chimneys, with the left one finished in brick. The interior has not been inspected.
