Description

The Statue of Hermes, located approximately 450 metres south-south-east of the south front of Blenheim Palace, dates from the late 18th century. This lead statue is positioned on a pedestal that features a wheatear festoon above a medallion and is adorned with a fretted frieze. Blenheim Park, where the statue is situated, is recognized in the Historic England Register of Parks and Gardens at Grade I.
