Description
The Temple of Health, built in 1789 by John Yenn, is a Grade II* listed structure located in Blenheim Park. It is constructed of limestone ashlar and features a gabled Welsh slate roof. The temple is designed in a Corinthian tetrastyle style, with a dentilled pediment above Corinthian columns in antis, which have grey stone capitals.
Inside, there is a medallion of George III along with a Latin inscription commemorating his recovery from a prolonged period of mental illness. Blenheim Park is recognized as a Grade I site on the HBMC Register of Parks and Gardens.
