Description

This barn, located approximately 10 meters northwest of Abners on Church Road in Blewbury, is now used as a garage and workshop. It was likely built in the mid-18th century and was reroofed in the 20th century, with some timber replaced. The structure features timber framing and weatherboarding, topped with a 20th-century tile roof. It is a three-bay barn with outshuts on both the left and right sides. There is a central doorway, although the doors are missing, and opposing doors at the rear. Inside, the barn has a Queen post roof, but most of the common rafters and purlins have been replaced. This building is included for its group value.
