Description

This is a three-bay barn located approximately 20 metres northwest of Number 6 (Town Farmhouse). It is likely from the early 18th century, with 20th-century rebuilding at the rear and sides. The barn features a stone uncoursed rubble plinth and small framing on the front wall, which is covered with weatherboarding. The rear and sides have 20th-century framing also with weatherboarding, and the roof is made of corrugated iron. The barn has double plank doors in the centre and a queen-post roof, although most of the common rafters have been replaced. This building is included for its group value.
