Description

This is a 19th-century building, likely with an 18th-century core, located on the north-west side of East St Helen Street. The front elevation is rendered, with a wooden eaves cornice. The building is three storeys high and has a plinth. It features one window with a wooden frame and double-hung sash windows with glazing bars on the ground and first floors. A six-panel door is set within a reeded architrave, and is sheltered by a flat hood supported on carved brackets. It forms part of a group of properties comprising numbers 17 to 35 (odd).
