Description
No. 29 East St Helen Street is a two-storey building with attics, constructed alongside No. 27. The exterior features modern tiles and a single dormer window, which has a flush frame and no glazing bars. The building is rendered and has a plinth. There are two windows with moulded wood architraves and double-hung sashes that include glazing bars. A wood band runs between the storeys, topped with a moulded cornice. On the ground floor, there is one window with a flat arch and no glazing bars. The doorway is flanked by ovolo moulded pilasters and has a small hood supported by carved brackets, with two modern steps leading up to it. Nos. 17 to 35 (odd) form a group with this building.
