Description

This is an 18th-century building on the north-west side of East St Helen Street. It is two storeys high, with the upper portion having a rough cast finish and the lower portion constructed of brick. The roof is tiled and features a large, coved eaves cornice. The windows are modern sashes, divided by wood mullions. The ground floor has one three-light window and one two-light window. The central door is of five panels with panelled ingoes. It is framed by Doric pilasters, an entablature, and a pediment which breaks the moulded band that runs continuously across the front of the house. To the right of the main door is a plain door with a rectangular fanlight. The property forms a group with Nos. 17 to 35 (odd).
