Description

Number 23 on East St Helen Street is an 18th-century building with a rendered exterior and a slate roof featuring one gabled dormer and casement windows. The structure has two storeys and an attic, with a plinth at the base. It includes one window with a segmental arch, a flush frame, and a double-hung sash with glazing bars. The ground floor has a modern metal cornice above the window and a four-fielded door set within an architrave, which is adorned with ovolo carved pilasters and roundels.
