Description
This is an 18th-century house, rendered on its front elevation. It has a slate roof and three storeys. The front façade features two windows with flush frames and double-hung sash windows, retaining some glazing bars. On the first floor are three-light casement windows with modern glass. The ground floor has two rectangular windows with flush frames and modern glazing bars. A doorcase is present, featuring plain panelled Doric pilasters, an entablature with a plain keystone and pediment, and it contains a nine-fielded door. The house is part of a wider group, incorporating numbers 17 to 35 on the north west side of East St Helen Street.
