Description

Number 9 Clark's Yard on Church Street is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall with attics, constructed from brick. It features a pantile roof with one sloped dormer. The building has two windows on the upper floor: one is a narrow sash window, and the other is a fixed light with an opening casement set in an elliptical reveal. The ground floor also has similar fixed-light windows. A modern door is located beneath a trellis porch, which has a cornice with a pedimented centre. To the right of the door, there is a small casement window.
