Description

No. 35 on East St Helen Street is a mid-19th century building constructed of pink brick with a rendered plinth and a slate roof. It features one brick chimney and two windows with stone lintels, both of which are double hung sashes with glazing bars. Above the ground floor window, there is a wooden beam, and the window itself has a wooden frame, also a double hung sash with glazing bars. To the right, there is a passage archway with iron gates, and the side of the building is rendered. This property is part of a group that includes Nos. 17 to 35 (odd).
