Description

This is a probable 17th-century building on High Street, with later 18th-century features. It's a two-storey timber-framed structure with tiled roofs. The upper storey projects to the front and features a wood modillion eaves cornice. The building has a three-window range, with flush frame sash windows incorporating glazing bars. The ground floor has two bays and a central doorway with a fanlight, rusticated jambs, and an archivolt. A six-panel door leads into the building, with steps leading up to it. A wing extends to the east at the rear. The building is part of a group that includes numbers 96 to 130 (even) on High Street.
