Description

15 Newland is an 18th-century building with a possible earlier core. It is two storeys high with an attic, and has two window bays. A gabled dormer window is visible in the roof, which is now covered by plain tiles (replaced in 1949). The front of the building is colour-washed and rendered. A splayed bay window sits below the ground floor windows and has five panes in the centre and one pane in each return. A cornice runs above the bay window. The entrance features a four-panelled door. The building forms part of a group with numbers 1 to 7 (odd) and 13 to 17 (odd) on the north side of Newland.
