The roof is covered with old plain tiles, and there is a brick ridge stack located to the left of the centre. The house has an L-shaped plan with a cross-wing to the rear right. The front elevation is two storeys high, with a four-bay, two-window arrangement. There are two plank doors in the centre bay, a three-light casement to the left, a two-light casement to the right, a single-light casement to the first floor left, and a three-light casement in the centre. A queen-post roof truss is visible in the right return gable end, and some wattle and daub is visible on the right return. The interior has not been inspected.
