Description

This is a late 17th-century shop and dwelling, which was remodelled in the 19th and 20th centuries. The building is constructed of timber framing with herringbone brick infill, with a 19th-century brick wall to the left side and rear. It has a gabled roof covered in old tiles, incorporating 20th-century tile bands, and a brick ridge stack. The building is arranged with a 3-unit plan and has been remodelled in the 20th century to create a 3-window facade. The ground floor has 20th-century shop windows and a doorway, while the left side has a 20th-century door and window leading to a flat. The first floor also has 20th-century windows. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to contain features of interest.
