Description

This is a mid-18th century townhouse, now used as shops and dwellings, located on the north-east side of Thame High Street. The building is rendered, likely over brick, with brick end stacks. It is three storeys high and has a three-window front. The ground floor features a 20th-century plate-glass shop front with 20th-century glazed doors, and a fascia board between the ground and first floors. The first floor has 12-pane unhorned sash windows set within rendered architrave surrounds. The second floor has 9-pane unhorned sash windows similarly treated. A rendered cornice runs along the base of a plain parapet. The ground floor interior consists of 20th-century shops.
