Description

This is a three-storey townhouse, likely dating from the early 19th century. It is now used as a shop and dwelling. The exterior is rendered, probably over brick, with a slate roof. The building has a three-window front. A 20th-century shop front with plate-glass windows occupies the ground floor, and a 20th-century panelled door is set to the right. The first floor has 12-pane sash windows with painted architrave surrounds, topped with segmental pediments on brackets. A cornice sill band sits above the first floor. The second floor windows are also 12-pane sashes with similar painted architrave surrounds. A plain parapet tops the building. The interior has not been inspected.
