Description

No. 13 Church Street is a house dating from the 17th century, which was remodeled in the 19th century. It features colourwashed roughcast and rendered walls, with a gabled roof covered in 20th-century tiles and a rendered end stack. The house has a one-unit plan and stands two storeys tall with a two-window range. The entrance includes a 20th-century door, with another 20th-century door leading to a left passage. The windows are late 19th-century two-light casements and horizontal sliding sashes. Inside, there is a deep chamfered ground-floor beam, and while the first floor has not been inspected, it is likely to hold interest. This building is included for its group value.
