Description
No. 17 is a house dating from the 17th and 18th centuries. It features colourwashed render over a timber frame and has a clay tile roof. The original part of the house has a two-room plan and is a single storey with attics, presenting a gable end to the road. There is a slightly lower gabled addition that projects from the northeast side and borders the road. The house has a variety of 20th-century casements, all of which are two-lights, with some featuring glazing bars. On the northeast side, there is one gabled dormer. The entrance is located in a small 20th-century addition at the eastern angle of the house. A substantial red brick ridge stack is present on the main block.
