Description
No. 3 Mill Road is a house dating from the 17th century, with later alterations. It features colourwashed roughcast render over a timber frame and has a half-hipped clay tile gambrel roof. The building has a two-room plan, is one storey high with attics, and includes a modern addition at the rear. On the ground floor, there are two 2-light casement windows with glazing bars. The attic contains two box dormers, each with 2-light casements. There is an off-centre flush panel door set in a moulded surround, topped with a cornice hood. A red brick multiple ridge stack is aligned with the door.
