Description
No. 103 High Street is a house dating from the 17th century with later additions. It features a timber frame with a rough cast finish on the front, while the rear shows exposed framing and brick additions, all of which are colour washed. The roof is covered with 20th-century tiles. The house has a three-room plan and is one storey high with attics. On the ground floor, there is an 18th-century bay window and a sash window with glazing bars. The upper part includes three gabled dormers, each with sash windows that also have glazing bars. The entrance features a six-panel door, with the top two pairs being glazed, set in a moulded surround. A red brick multiple ridge stack is present, along with a 20th-century porch to the left and 20th-century additions to the north-west gable end.
