Description

Cobblestones is a cottage dating from the 18th century. It is timber framed, featuring colour washed plaster and brick infill, with a thatched and pantiled roof. The building is L-shaped and consists of one storey. Most of the windows are casements, some of which have leaded lights, while the road-facing wing has a 3-light horizontal sash window. There are red brick ridge stacks on both wings, and the southeast wing has a hipped roof at the road end. A 20th-century lean-to porch is attached to the pantiled bay of the southwest wing.
