Description
Vine Cottage is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of red brick with flared headers in Flemish bond and features an old plain-tile roof with brick end stacks. The building is two stories high and has a two-window range. In the center, there is a four-panel part-glazed door set within an open lattice porch that has a gabled roof. To the left and right of the door are three-light leaded casements, with the one on the right having a segmental brick head. There is a flat brick band between the ground and first floor, and on the first floor, there are two additional three-light leaded casements. To the right, there is a single-storey, two-window wing that is probably from the late 19th century. The interior has not been inspected. The cottage is included for its group value.
