Description
Little Place Cottage is a house that likely dates from the mid-17th century. It is constructed of red brick featuring random flared headers and has a thatched roof that is half-hipped on the left side. The cottage has a brick end stack on the right and is a single storey with an attic, comprising a two-window range. There is a 20th-century glazed door at the center of the front. On either side of the door, there are three-light leaded casements with segmental brick heads. The cottage also features two swept dormers, each with two-light leaded casements. At the rear, some timber framing is visible, with brick and rendered infill. The interior has not been inspected.
