WROXTON MANOR FARM LANE SP3840 (South side) Balscote 8/237 Church View II House. C17 with later alterations. Coursed ironstone rubble. Steeply pitched asbestos tile roof. Brick ridge and end stacks. L-plan. 2 storeys. 3-window range. 2 entrances have plank doors and painted wood lintels, one entrance approximately central, the other in single-storey outshot with raking roof on right gable. Entrance is flanked by renewed 3-light casements with painted wood lintels. A single and two 3-light similar windows to first floor and a blocked window with painted wood lintels. Interior said to have beams. Forms part of a group with Manor Farmhouse. Interior not inspected.
