Small barn, dovecote and stable approximately 50 metres north west of Preedy's Farmhouse

Range, c.1700 with later alterations. Small barn. Squared coursed ironstone with corrugated-iron roof. Door on right. Two square ventilation holes and two ventilation slits with diamond detail at head. C19 roof structure with metal king tie and wood struts. Feeding rack along rear wall. Used as cowhouse and stable. Dovecote/stable squared coursed ironstone. Dovecote. Interior walls coursed rubble. Continuous corrugated-iron roof over both with original thatch partly surviving. Dovecote has plank door with continuous wood lintel over door and window to left. Window on first floor has wood lintel.

Interior has nesting boxes on all walls. Formerly floored as there is evidence of cut floor timbers. Feeding racks on rear wall. Two rows of purlins support thatch. Stone dividing wall between dovecote and stable. Stable. Doorway off-centre to right has repaired oak frame and continuous wood lintel over flanking windows. Windows have solid oak frames and wood bars. Two boarded windows to first floor. Interior has two-bay butt-purlin roof. Floor beams are stop-chamfered. Small niche in west wall. Brick and clay floor.
