Description
This is a house located at 9 Old Arncott Road, dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of limestone ashlar, mostly covered with render, and features a plain-tile roof with brick gable stacks. The building has a two-unit plan with an added bay and stands two storeys plus an attic high. The main range has two windows, a storey band, and a stone cornice adorned with moulded dentils. There is a central doorway and windows that have moulded keyblocks, although some have been altered. A hipped roof dormer includes a two-light leaded casement. To the left, there is a two-storey bay with plain windows, and to the right, an outshut provides a second entrance. The interior has not been inspected.
