Description

This is a house located at 23 St Andrews Lane, dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of limestone, which has been rendered, and features a thatched roof. The building has a two-unit plan and is a single storey with an attic. The façade includes a two-window range of casements with glazing bars, all set under wooden lintels. There are similar casements in the attic, positioned under eyebrow dormers. The central entrance features a four-panel door, also beneath a wooden lintel. To the left, there is an ashlar gable parapet, and brick stacks are located at both ends of the building. Although the interior was not inspected, it is noted to have remains of an open fireplace.
