Description
Blackthorn Hill Windmill is a 18th-century windmill located on the north side of the A41 in Blackthorn. It consists of the remains of a tapering circular tower that stands to its full height. The structure is built of coursed squared limestone at the lowest stage, with tile hanging above, likely over brick. Although there is no cap on the windmill, fragments of the timber structure remain at the top. The interior has not been inspected.
