Description

This is an 18th-century house, now offices, located on the south side of Banbury High Street. It has been altered on the ground floor in later periods. The building is stuccoed with a Welsh slate roof and a brick stack on the right end. It is three storeys high and has a two-window facade. The ground floor features a 20th-century wooden shop front with a bow window and two entrances. There is a passageway entrance to the left, leading to Pepper Alley. The first and second floors each contain two tripartite sash windows. A gabled roof dormer is present. The building has a moulded wooden eaves cornice. The interior was remodelled in the 20th century. A photograph is held within the National Monuments Record.
