Description
No. 6, known as Evan's Collection, is a house that has been converted into a house and shop. It dates from the late 18th century to early 19th century. The front is finished in stucco, while the sides are made of brick, with a brick stack at the end. The building has four storeys and features a two-window range. The shop front was added in the 20th century. There are two sash windows on each floor, all with stone surrounds and stone sills, and all sashes are three panes wide. The first-floor sashes have horns. A flat band runs between the second and third floors, and there is a heavy moulded cornice below a low parapet. The interior was remodelled in the 20th century.
