GV II House, now house and shop. Late C18/early C19. Stucco front and brick sides. Brick end stack. 4 storeys; 2-window range. C20 shop front. 2 sashes with stone surrounds and stone sills to all floors. All sashes of 3-pane width. First floor sashes have horns. Flat band between second and third floors. Heavy moulded cornice below low parapet. Interior remodelled C20.
