Description
Preedy Newsagents is a house that has been converted into a shop. It dates from the 18th century and has had some alterations made to the ground floor in the 20th century. The building is finished in stucco, with a brick side wall on the right, and features a Welsh slate roof. It stands three storeys high and has a two-window range. The shop front was updated in the 20th century.
On the first floor, there are two sash windows that have moulded stone surrounds, floating cornices, stone sills, and glazing bars. The second floor has two smaller sash windows, also with stone sills and glazing bars, all of which are three panes wide. The building has a parapet, and the interior was remodelled in the 20th century.
