Description
This is a three-storey house and offices dating from the 18th and 19th centuries. The front is constructed of ashlar stone, with cellars, and a band at the first floor level. A modillioned cornice sits below the Welsh slate roof, which is punctuated by stone stacks. The rear and sides are stuccoed. The building has five sash windows on each floor. The ground floor windows have plain reveals, while the first floor windows are framed in moulded stone with alternating triangular and segmental pediments. The second floor windows feature moulded stone frames and bracketed sills. Nos. 31 to 46 and Nos. 49 to 56, St Giles Street, form a group.
