Description

No. 5 The Green is a 17th-century house located in Swalcliffe. It is constructed of coursed ironstone rubble and features a thatched roof with a brick stack on the right end. The building has a two-unit plan and is a single storey plus attic. On the left side, there is a plank door with a wooden framed surround, while to the right, there is a three-light casement window that has a 20th-century wooden lintel. In the attic, there are one three-light and one two-light casement window, both with 20th-century lintels. The interior has not been inspected.
