Description

Badgers is a house dating from the late 16th century. It features a timber frame with small panel framing and plaster infill, along with tile hanging and red brick on the ground floor at the rear and on the return elevations. The roof is plain tiled and has a lobby entry plan. The building has two storeys and a garret, set on a plinth with a gabled roof and an off-centre left stack. On the front, there are three light and two light wooden casements on each floor, along with a boarded door and side lights in a porch located to the centre left. The rear elevation has three wooden casements on each floor and a portion of exposed framing on the ground floor.
