The ground floor is constructed of brick, showing some signs of a timber frame, while the first floor is tile-hung. The cottage features a plain tiled roof with end stacks and stands two storeys tall with an attic, presenting a two-window front. The front has modern lattice casements, while older casements can be found elsewhere on the building. There is a central doorway that is sheltered by a modern weather porch.
