Description

This is a pair of 18th-century cottages located on the south side of Holden Road in Southborough. The ground floor is built of red brick with grey headers, while the first floor is tile hung. The roof is tiled with an eaves cornice and incorporates two gabled dormers. The cottages are two storeys high and have an attic. The front facade has two windows, and the windows are sash windows with margin glazing, except for those in the dormers, which are casements. Central doorways are topped by flat hoods supported on brackets. Number 15 features a four-panel door.
