Description
25 and 27 Smithers Lane are a pair of cottages from the 18th century, forming part of a row of cottages. The ground floor is made of red brick, while the first floor is tile-hung. The building has a plain tiled roof with moulded eaves and two dormers. It is two storeys tall with an attic and features two casement windows. There are also two boarded doors, each with a flat projecting hood.
