EAST PECKHAM SMITHER'S LANE (north side) Ippenbury House

GV II

House Early C19 front applied to earlier structure. Red brick Parapet to tiled roof with catslide to rear and end stacks. 2 storeys, 3-window front, single sashes above, tripartite sashes below. Centre of facade projecting slightly through 2 storeys. Central doorway set in shallow round-arched recess. Panelled door in door case with panelled reveals, overlight and hall lantern. Spearhead railings in front of house, set in brick plinth.
