Cottage C18. Painted weather-boarding on ground floor to front with rendered plinth. Tile-hung 1st floor. Moulded eaves to plain tiled roof, half-hipped west, gabled with end stack to east. Catslide to rear. Roughcast east return front. 2 storeys, 2 windows, casements, with 1 small light inserted on both floors to extreme left. Central doorway with flat hood on brackets. Included as a good example of modest domestic building of traditional regional type.
