Description

The Old Well House is a cottage row that has been converted into a single house, dating from the early 19th century. The ground floor is constructed of red brick with some grey headers, while the first floor is tile-hung. The building features a half-hipped tiled roof with ridge stacks and stands two storeys tall with five windows, which have been replaced with modern casements. The entrance is located between the second and third windows from the left. This property is noted as a good example of a modest domestic building of traditional regional type.
