Description

Fant Farmhouse is an 18th-century farmhouse located on Church Lane in East Peckham. The building is constructed of red brick with blue headers on the ground floor and features tile-hanging on the first floor. It has a long half-hipped roof that is plain tiled, with a stack at the east end. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has a four-window front. The windows are 19th-century casements, and there is a panelled door that has a flat projecting hood above it. The house is L-shaped, with a projecting wing at the rear.
