Description

Sydenham House is a house that features late 18th century elements, possibly of earlier origin. It has a red brick facade with a plastered right return and a red plain tiled roof. There are red brick chimney stacks on both the left and right sides. The house is two storeys high and has a three-window range of tripartite small paned vertically sliding sashes with segmental heads, except for a single window in the center of the first floor. The central doorway is recessed and features a six-panelled door with a semi-circular fanlight, reveals, a moulded surround, a decorated frieze, decorated brackets, and a flat canopy.
