Description

This is a cottage with 19th-century features. It is constructed of red brick and has a red plain tile roof. A flat-headed dormer window is visible on the right side. The cottage has two storeys and attics. The front features a two-window range of vertically sliding sash windows; the first-floor windows have gauged brick arches, and the ground-floor windows have stucco lintels with cornices. A recessed six-panelled door is located on the left side, with a stucco lintel and cornice above. There is no chimney stack visible from the road. The building is included on the list for its group value.
